Can I connect my iPhone, iPod touch or iPad to Simply POS for Restaurants?

Yes, you need IIS installed on your computer as well as a special Simply POS Service. Even while on trial, we're happy to install it for you.

What happens after my trial ends?

After 14 days, Simply POS will prompt you to enter a serial number. You can purchase a serial number from here: http://simplypos.com.au/buy-online/

Can I connect a Barcode Scanner to Simply POS for Restaurants?

Yes, although we usually provide Barcode Scanners to our customers, at a very competitive price, you can use a barcode scanner of your choice, as long as you program it to output the character: '~' before each scan.

What are the recommended system requirements?

Ensure that your computer meets the following requirements before downloading Simply POS for Restaurants.

- 1.5 GHz Pentium® 4 processor (or faster) with 1GB RAM or more
- Windows® 7, Windows Vista or Windows XP Professional.
- 15GB or more of free disk space
- 16-bit colour, 1024x768 screen resolution
- Backup solution such as CD writer, a DVD writer or a USB storage device
- A local or network printer to print barcodes, dockets, reports, etc.
